Enchanted Reception Design – PC Bridal Exhibit – Lakeland, Florida

May 1, 2013

I had the opportunity to create and design an Enchanted Reception Space for the PC Bridal Exhibit at the Lakeland Center, Lakeland, Florida.  I knew the space was very large, but was up for the challenge.  With the help of fellow floral designer, Jana Stall from Events in Bloom, we went to work right away, taking Joann Moncada's theme of enchanted to a level of an intimate, romantic,  whimsical space.

These  beautiful images are courtesy of  the talented team of Sarah and Ben Photography.

We created a ceremony space when the brides and grooms entered the reception area. We wanted them to see the possibilities of this look when created indoors or outdoors.

Joette Giardina, Owner of  Party People in Lakeland, created a gold draping for the ceiling above our reception table, adding to the romance of the design.

Heidi, Owner of Stationery Loft, created our beautiful menus and place cards

Lisa Mallott, Owner of Wish Vintage Rentals, brought in some gorgeous furniture pieces, creating a very inviting intimate space for the "newly married" bride and groom to enjoy.

Jana and Jean from Events in Bloom outdid themselves when creating the bride's beautiful bouquet and wreath!

Alicia Calero, Owner of Lakeland Sophisticakes, "treated" us to a sweet buffet display.
